Downsfield Medical Centre is still here for you, but how you access our services has changed due to COVID-19. If you are feeling unwell or if you have any health symptoms that you are worried about, please call us to make an appointment on 0121 743 2626. We are open and fully operational, but we can no longer see walk-in patients without an appointment. For more information visit:  https://www.birminghamandsolihullccg.nhs.uk/your-health

Urgent Treatment Centre (UTC) can only be accessed via the NHS 111 service.
 
UTCs can now only be accessed via an appointment system, booked by NHS111. Patients are no longer able to access a ‘walk-in’ service, without an appointment.
